How do I brief an event photographer?
One thing you want to avoid as an event organizer, is worrying about your crew on the production day.
In order to avoid this, we prepare the assignment by going over all critical details and event-programme and formulate this into a clear briefing.
This way, we know exactly what to do and where to be during the event.
As many of our clients are located outside of The Netherlands, we are used to do briefings through Zoom or Skype.
Basic information:
- Event date(s)
- Location(s)
- Start and end time of the event
- Event programme (timeline)
- Context of the event and image usage - In order to understand the purpose of the event and required photography.
- A shotlist of specific shots required (for example: extra pictures of a certain person or moment for a specific use)
How fast can we receive the images?
Can you provide in other photography services as well?
In addition to event photography, we also offer a range of other photography services to meet your needs.
For example, our on-site studio photography setup allows us to create professional corporate headshots on any location.
We also specialize in project photography, where we document the process and progress of your project, from start to finish. Our commercial photography is perfect for businesses who need high-quality images for marketing, advertising, or e-commerce purposes.
We also work together with talented videographers from our network to provide a full range of visual services. Will the images be royalty-free?
Clients will receive an 'unlimited usage license' for the delivered images. Basically let's you do the same as with 'rights free images', with two exceptions:
1) the images may only be used commercially by the brand or organisation they are shot for.
2) images may not be (re-)sold as prints, merchandise or on stock-photography websites.
Will we receive all images?
We always deliver a set of images that summarize the event in the best way possible. From wide-angle stage overviews to small details that made the event an unique experience.
The deliverables are always discussed with the client to ensure we catch all the right moments.
I am looking for event videography as well
If you are looking for an experienced event videographer for your event - we would be pleased to connect you to one of our trusted partners in event videography. Depending on your request, this may be an independent videographer or perhaps even a full live-streaming or registration crew.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Any event or production that requires photo and/or videography.
In the case of events, we focus on conferences, PR-events, trade shows and fairs, networking events, opening events and the like.
We currently do not take on assignments shorter than a half-day (4hrs) and evening-only events.
